Root QMobile Noir Quatro Z3 (CWM + Back Up)

First of all as I start quoting, There are already a few methods to Root our Phone but definitely they are risky, The method I'm writing is fully tested by me and makes Rooting plus flashing CWM a breeze. Now head towards the method, It looks long cuz I properly defined every Step but it is really easy   1- READYING : Install Drivers Successfully Then MtkDroidTools (From the links Below) Then Restart the PC. Go to Step 2  2- STARTING : Switch off your phone and Remove Sim Cards then try going to Recovery by Keeping pressed "Vol up + Power OR Vol up + Vol down + Power" buttons together Until you see ex:"Recovery Mode/Factory Mode" Then go to Recovery Mode.
