How to upgrade Your iOS To iOS 7

Apple has officially launched its all new Operating System iOS7 which is completely different from it’s previous iOS versions. The iOS7 is now available to perform perfectly on your iphones as well as on your iPads.

If you’re all set to upgrade your old and boring iOS versions to new iOS7 version then you have to follow the following guidelines:

iOS7 Compatibilty

• iOS 7 will only work on iPhones that are iPhone 4 and later, Retina display iPads, iPad 2, and the fifth-generation iPod touch.
• iOS 7 comes on the new iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c, available September 20.

NOTE: Update iTunes to the latest version (11.0) before installing iOS7 from iTunes.

For iTunes updates, simply open the iTunes> go to settings> Check Updates. Once installing the latest version, restart your iTunes.

Create Backup of  your Device on Your iTunes or iCloud

It is very important for you to create backup on your iTunes or iCloud as it will let you store your videos, apps, contacts and other useful data. Otherwise all data will be cleared while up gradation process is going on.

 Steps For Backup on iCloud:

• Go to settings.
• Under settings go to iCloud.
• Storage & backup.
• Under Backup, turn on iCloud Backup.

Upgrade iOS to iOS7 Using iTunes.

For upgrading your iOS to iOS7, just connect your device to your laptop with the help of USB chord and launch iTunes. Under iTunes, on the left side, find and select your device.Click on “Check for Update” which will appear automatically to your screen. After that select “Download and Update”.

Alternative to Upgrade iOS to iOS7

Once iOS7 becomes available, update your device in the presence of good internet connection. All you need to do is just go your device’s settings and search for software update. It is quite easy method to upgrade your present  iOS version.
